Chakung Lama Tsewang Rinpoche
Venerable Chakung Lama Tsewang Rinpoche was born in 1980 in Serta, eastern Tibet. He is a qualified Tibetan meditation teacher and retreat master. Lama Rinpoche received his early Buddhist education from his uncle H.H. Jigme Phuntsok and became a monk at the age of eight where he studied Buddhist philosophy, Sutra, and Tantra at Serta Larung Buddhist University in Larung until his uncle passed away in 2004.
At Larung, Lama Tsewang Rinpoche was appointed by H.H Jigme Phuntsok as the vice president for the environment where he facilitated various environmental awareness projects in the region. Rinpoche engaged in social service activities with villagers at Larung through the teaching about, and conservation of the environment. After 2004, Lama Tsewang continued studying in India and on retreat in holy places throughout the Himalayas including Bhutan, Sikkim, and Nepal.
Lama Tsewang travels to bestow teachings, empowerments, and transmissions in places such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Rinpoche Always give Dharma teachings wherever they are needed and depending on the students’ interests and capacities.
In 2017, Lama Tsewang Rinpoche founded the Memorial Translation House, established for the purpose of translating the collected works of H.H Jigme Phuntsok.
Since 2018, Lama Tsewang Rinpoche has been residing in Australia, introducing Buddhist teachings to the local community. Such as conducting refuge ceremonies, teaching Tibetan Buddhist practices, bestowing empowerments, and organizing various activities for the well-being of sentient beings.
In 2022, Rinpoche founded the Yishin Norbu, which is rooted in the transmission of the teachings of the spiritual master, His Holiness Jigme Phuntsok, with a commitment to the profound cultivation and dissemination of the wisdom and compassion of Buddha.
Tsewang Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2023 by Tsewang Rinpoche to serve the well-being of society through various projects and support engaged in the practice and study of Buddha’s wisdom and compassion in Australia and the world. Tsewang Foundation activities include preservation and translation projects of the collected works written by the late H.H. Jigme Phuntsok.

仁波切中文介绍
嘉贡喇嘛财旺仁波切，1980年出生于色达，其父亲是法王如意宝晋美彭措的兄弟央巴，仁波切是法王如意宝的侄子，也是一世敦珠法王家族的后代。在仁波切四岁的时候他的父亲示现圆寂，法王如意宝得知后，将仁波切和他的母亲还有兄弟一起接到喇荣五明佛学院，让其在此常住修行，同时赐予仁波切一家人所有的生活物资。并安排仁波切在洛若堪布白玛荣布前学习藏文，后随堪布香久学习大圆满前行的共同外加行和不共同内加行，成为了辅导师和领诵师。
1987年，在堪布嘎多前出家受沙弥戒。嘉贡喇嘛财旺仁波切从小即跟随法王如意宝，接受了大圆满的灌顶，传承及窍诀，多年努力修行。仁波切在色达喇荣五明佛学院学习五部大论等显密教法并参加了各种考试，担任过佛学院的环保部的负责人，也是法王如意宝的内部卫护，尤其是2001年法王如意宝直接让仁波切作为学院一年一度长寿佛大法会主要负责人。仁波切在龙多活佛前得到了法王如意宝的前世列绕郎巴大师的伏藏[气脉明点修持法]扎龙的灌顶和传承，并修持了两年。
2002年在慈城罗珠前受大戒比丘戒，法王如意宝圆寂一年之后去尼泊尔和印度，并且在第二佛陀莲花生大师的圣地莲花湖(措白玛)锡金 不丹 尼泊尔等圣地闭关修行，闭关时将法王如意宝的著作全集修行仪轨进行了传承，也开始为众人传讲佛法及开示。
2016年，仁波切和藏传佛教各大教派的堪布和格西一起去泰国参加了由宗萨仁波切基金会安排的(EBS)英语培训。并在假期时接受马来西亚和新加坡藏传佛教佛学中心的邀请去传讲佛法包括禅修等内容，同时对法王如意宝的著作全集也进行了传承。用英语翻译上师法王如意宝的著作全集是仁波切的愿望，于是在2017年，喇嘛财旺仁波切创立了”如意宝纪念翻译馆”，未来将着力翻译法王如意宝的著作，并在马来西亚也建立了基金会。
从2018年起喇嘛才旺仁波切长居在澳大利亚，同时给当地的信众介绍佛法，进行皈依，并讲解藏传佛教的修法仪轨，授予传承灌顶等。同时举办各种消灾祈福法会，火供荟供，超度等利益众生的各种活动。
2022年，喇嘛财旺仁波切在澳大利亚创立了如意宝佛学会（Yishin Norbu）。该学会以传承上师法王如意宝-晋美彭措的教法为基石，修习和传播佛陀的智慧与慈悲。
2023年，嘉贡喇嘛财旺仁波切创办了非营利性慈善组织——财旺基金会（Tsewang Foundation），旨在通过多种慈善项目来造福澳洲社会大众，在澳洲及全球开展修习佛陀智慧与慈悲的活动。财旺基金会的服务项目还包括对上师法王如意宝-晋美彭措的全集藏文大圆满法等著作的翻译。
