About Yishin Norbu

Yishin Norbu was founded in 2022 by Chakhung Lama Tsewang Rinpoche to serve the well-being of society through various projects and to support the practice and study of the Buddha’s wisdom and compassion, especially within the tradition of Choje Jigme Phuntsok of Tibet, in Australia and around the world.

Yishin Norbu is a Buddhist organization dedicated to upholding and preserving Tibetan Buddhism, especially within the Nyingma tradition of Dzogchen—the highest teachings of the Buddha—in the lineage of the Great Dzogchen Master H.H. Jigme Phuntsok, for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Our mission includes teaching various levels of meditation to suit the needs of all people, developing mental stability and clarity, reducing anxiety and stress, quickening one's realization of the nature of mind, and achieving spiritual enlightenment.

Through the Memorial Dharma Translation House (MDTH), we are working towards the translation and distribution of the four volumes of collected works written by the late H.H. Jigme Phuntsok from Tibetan into English, making these precious teachings accessible to a global audience.
